Our Work Process
We initiate the process by purchasing high-quality Brass Rods from trusted suppliers. These rods conform to specified material grades such as Free Cuttings, Forging and Naval Brass Rods, Leaded Free Brass for Sections, and Riveting Brass Wires.
Before production commences, our dedicated Quality Supervisor meticulously scrutinizes the supplied material grade report, ensuring precise alignment with customer specifications. Subsequently, approval is granted for further processing.
Manufacturing includes Threading, Drilling, Facing, Milling, and Cutting processes. Additionally, it involves monitoring measurements, ensuring product quality, and maintaining tolerances within ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm, and in micron level.
Following manufacturing, products go for Quality Control assessment. Methods like Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Random Sampling, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) are utilized. Conforming items are packed, and outliers go for remanufacturing.
Orders or suborders are directed for packaging. Optional checks for order completeness are conducted. Subsequently, a packing list is generated for inclusion in the packaging process, ensuring the entirety of the order is securely packed.
Upon successful completion of all steps, the finely crafted end products are promptly dispatched to our valued customers, meeting their specific requirements. This seamless process ensures customer satisfaction from production to delivery.
